| THIS WEEK Sep 15-21 Mon - Begin to Intermission 4 - 6:30pm Tue - Full Cast Intermission to End 4 - 6:30pm Wed - Full Cast Begin to Intermission 4 - 6pm Thu - Full Cast Intermission to End 4 - 6pm Fri - Full Cast Speed Thru 4 - 6pm SAT - SEWING DAY - 11am - 4pm SUN - OFF | NEXT WEEK (all CREW now) Sep 22-28 Mon - Begin to Intermission 4 - 6:30pm Tue - Intermission to End 4 - 6:30pm Wed - Run Thru 4 - 7pm Thu - Run Thru 4 - 7pm Fri - Speed Thru 4 - 6pm SAT - Tech 11am - 4pm, Dinner - 6pm Run Thru - 7pm til finished (10:00 is likely) SUN - OFF |
Week of Show (Sep 29 - Oct 4), 5:30 call, 7pm curtain, 10pm RUN finished, with some time needed for notes after. Dinner will be served on Oct 1 @ 5pm

Yeah so tues is my sisters birthday so depending on how we celabrate might miss rehearsal.

still sick but about ahlf way through things fall apar and I just picked it up a couple of hours ago, I've even stopped reading it to do other things quite often so you should see me back soon.

alright, I am now in charge WED-FRI at work. So I can't come to basically any damn rehearsals.
I'm just staff though, so what days do I actually need to be at rehearsal?

Hi Doty,
Just a reminder that I teach ballet classes every Tues and Thurs at 5:00, so I can only stay at rehearsal until 4:30.

I can't make it Thursday (work orientation that can't be rescheduled), and I'll be a bit late on Friday (doctor's appt.).

are people who are on stage during stage combat required to be there, like say someone who gets a sword stolen. Just wondering.

Is the second "next week Sept. 8 -14" supposed to be Sept. 15 - 21 or is it a redo of this week.
I may be a little late next friday I'm not sure though.
